Privacy Policy

• Your Google profile. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We don't get your Google password, and we can't read your email or files.
• Your practice history. Tasks attempted and completed, time spent, shortcut drill scores, Job Test results and certificates.
• Purchase records. Whether you have Job Test Prep and a Stripe customer reference. Stripe handles your card details, and we never see or store them.

If you practice without signing in, your progress is saved in your browser's local storage and isn't sent to us. When you sign in, we use cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

• To sign you in and keep your progress across devices.
• To show your scores, and to create certificates with your name on them.
• To unlock what you've paid for.
• To answer you when you contact us.

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We use these providers to run DeskReady, and they process data on our behalf:

• Google, for sign-in
• Supabase, for sign-in and our database
• Stripe, for payments
• Vercel, for hosting

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. To see, correct or delete your data, email support@deskready.app. We may need to keep payment records where the law requires it. You can remove browser-saved progress by clearing your browser's site data.

DeskReady isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, please contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
